Food Service- Update November 2024

Exciting news! We are pleased to inform you that on November 1, 2024, we will be launching a brand new, state-of-the-art, mobile platform that brings menu planning, nutrition information, meal ingredients and real time allergen information to the fingertips of students, parents and school district staff. This new menu viewing interface, FD MEALPLANNER, replaces our previous digital menu platform webpages, bringing you all new streamlined mobile viewing capabilities.

Daily Lunch Menu

Ashton-Franklin Center CUSD #275 partners with Whitsons Culinary Group to offer daily nutritious, healthy lunch options to all students.

All students will report to the cafeteria during their assigned lunch period. Students must eat in the cafeteria. Milk and other beverages can be purchased during the lunch hour. Closed campus: Students are not allowed to leave the campus for lunch.

School Nutrition Blog

AFC participates in the USDA-sponsored National School Lunch Program. All meals and snacks served meet or exceed the standards required by the program. 

Lunch Fees

Lunch fees for families who do not qualify for free or reduced lunch:

$2.50 - Grades K-6
$3.00 - Grades 7-8
$3.50 - Grades 9-12

Free and Reduced Lunch

Families may apply at any time for free or reduced price lunches. Applications for free and reduced lunches are available in the office.

FD Mealplanner Instructions

WEBBASED PLATFORM: Type www.fdmealplanner.com in your computer’s browser.

MOBILE PLATFORM: Mobile users must download the free FDMealPlanner app. (IOS devices use the app store and Android devices the Google store).

*No user name or log in is required for either platform to view data and menus, however if you want to save data or preferences you will need to create a username and password.
