Just a reminder that AFC is hosting a walk-in COVID Vaccine clinic today at the High School. The clinic is located at the west side of the building in the weight room. You can enter the weight room directly from the south parking lot. The clinic runs from 3pm until 6pm and will offer the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Any one 12 and older are eligible, those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The AFC Athletic Boosters will have a meeting this evening at 6:15 in the junior/senior library. Anyone who wishes to join are invited to attend! Come and see what great things the Booster Club does for our athletic programs.

All AFC School will be dismissed at 1:30pm tomorrow (Wednesday, August 25th) due to excessive heat.
The Jr/Sr High School will have before and after school support starting on Monday for any student. Please encourage your student to attend!

Meet the Raiders will be held this Friday, 8/20, starting at 6:00 in the high school gym. All of our high school teams will be introduced and our junior high teams will also be recognized. The high school volleyball team will have a short scrimmage following introductions. Both the high school volleyball team and football team will also have a short parent meeting with the respective coaches. Come out to meet our teams and support the Raiders. Masks will be required for all while in the school/gym. We thank you for your cooperation.

6th grade volleyball practice will begin Monday, 8/16, at 3:30 at the ES. Practice will last until 5:00. Schedules for future practices and games will be distributed at the first practice. All girls are encouraged to participate!

This is just a friendly reminder that online registration is open and closes this Friday, August 6th. Please go to afcschools.net and click on Menu, then Skyward Web to complete your student(s)' registration (https://skyward.iscorp.com/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wseduashtonfranklinil/seplog01.w ). Any registration not completed by August 6th will incur a $25 late fee. New students incoming to the district will need to fill out paper forms and return to the district office.
